Went for lunch on 01-02-2026 at kwena square,restaurant was packed.We were told around 10 mins wait however we welcome to sit at the bar and order drinks which we agreed to.People arrived after us and were given seats,we were told they were people who booked,okay acceptable. Then promises were made we wont be long as they getting a table ready for us. 30mins went and still no table.Michael then came after almost 40minutes and said we just sanitising the table for you as its ready.a couple who came after us also sitting at the bar were then taken to the table which was so called being sanitised for us.Paid for our drinks and left after an hour waiting.very unprofessional i must say,be open and honest to customers say look you after number so and so in the queue so waiting time is ***x and not make a commitment you cannot fulfill. Pathetic customer service Waste of R150 on drinks By the way we visited this restaurant based on a family member’s recommendation who went for supper the night before praising their amazing food however they experienced the same scenario with the waiting time for a table and other people given priority despite them waiting in a queue for a table
I am insured with clubmarine insurance brokers. My overall experience with these brokers is outstanding. We had 2 claims for household and building and on both occasions, it has been the most hassle-free claim experience i had experienced in being insured for over 25 years,from the time of the claim lodged to the follow up emails from the claims consultant is a WOW.Elisma Jacobs dealt with my most recent claim and all i can say is that she provided outstanding service.Big thumbs up to Elisma and the rest of the clubmarine team.
I requested for my homeloans debit order date to be changed from the 26th to 1st, requested in feb, we now in may and despite numerous calls i was assured the date was changed Last month and this month the debit bounced as that was the reason for a date change as my funds only comes in on the last day of each month.STANDARD BANK HOME LOANS DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO CATCH A DAMN WAKEUP
Outstanding service from KB in the technical dept.he sorted my chlorinator out while i waited.Gave me good advice on the unit itself.Very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with . Keep up the good work

Cartrack accounts department has to be the most useless *********** people i have come across.They cause a huge mess by double debiting customers accounts in march, then decide to harrass me for a so called outstanding amount which they refunded the double debit yet their accounts dept has no clue the refund was done now claiming i owe them money, come April they didn’t debit my account and now claiming my debit order was returned, i am fed up with their incompetence and will cancel both vehicle subscriptions…
I had a staff member take his vehicle for not starting, these ****** quoted R99000 total wanting to put a complete service exchange engine .He took his car away to a private mechanic and it turned out to be a faulty immobiliser. This seems to be the norm with this dealer.Becareful when using these guys as they think nothing of thumb sucking and quoting to benefit their bank balances.
We have logged several request via the homeloans department for us to be contacted to have our interest rate reviewed on our homeloan.Severla request made and no feedback.Same sad sob story that the turn around time is 2-3 business days for a consultant to contact us.Sadly leaves us with no option but to look at moving our homeloan to FNB
Terrible service on building insurance.going close onto 3 weeks for them to have resultant damages caused by burst geyser.no communication and absolutely no proper vetting of their appointed service providers. For a large insurance company like discovery they should be ashamed of their stinking service.This is my final straw with them, i am moving my entire portfolio from them.
