I am insured with clubmarine insurance brokers. My overall experience with these brokers is outstanding. We had 2 claims for household and building and on both occasions, it has been the most hassle-free claim experience i had experienced in being insured for over 25 years,from the time of the claim lodged to the follow up emails from the claims consultant is a WOW.Elisma Jacobs dealt with my most recent claim and all i can say is that she provided outstanding service.Big thumbs up to Elisma and the rest of the clubmarine team.

I am insured with clubmarine insurance brokers. My overall experience with these brokers is outstanding. Imagine being one of the fortunate ones to still be able to afford to pay for insurance to have cover through a broker for convenience and peace of mind and to be shut down after paying premiums for 4 years for building cover and rejecting my first building claim which is a geyser claim!! Erin tells me I must send them proof as they cannot locate their call recordings, yet I have already sent correspondence with request of additional cover - She cannot disprove my request for the additional cover and she cannot locate the call recordings but this becomes the insureds problem that they cannot do their job. My water must run for days because we in SOUTH AFRICA can afford wastage and additional expense!!! In what world is this 'Erin' allowed to disregard common courtesy to a human being and speak in such an unprofessional manner. I am constantly phoning and phoning and following up myself needing to prove my case yet I have already logged a complaint and they do not even think to pick up the phone for even ONCE to call me back and provide me with service that I PAID for , for 4 YEARS!!!! DISGUSTED......

The best insurance company by far, premium is very affordable, they paid off my vw golf 7 gti without giving me any trouble or run around ........ A lady by the name Leza Koen deserves a medal, promotion or a salary increase efficient and very professional please keep up the good work!!! God bless

i want to thank Tanja Folkerts for ALWAYS giving such amazing service. each and everytime i have a claim she always keeps me informed from the start to the finish, she has given me this service on each and every claim no matter the amount of the claim. she is such an asset to the company. keep up this amazing work Tanja you are truly amazing. i have been dealing with you since 2014 and since then to now your service remains impeccable.

Unfortunately have not had a great experience with Club marine after my fish finder got damaged in a rain storm I put a claim in and was rejected as they don't cover water damage in the policy as they are waterproof. I have done some extensive research and found many customers have had issue with water damage even though they are claiming waterproof. They said they cannot do anything about it as the policy says no water damage. But they do cover accidental damage as per the policy and under accidental they mention anything regarding 'Perils of the sea' which includes storms which I am claiming storm damage. The response I got was it wasn't a severe enough storm and my life was not threatened. Nowhere in the policy does it state how severe a Storm has to be. So again they will not cover it as Storm damage. I was told by the owner that my unit is just old and time for a new one but they had no issue insuring my old unit. I sent a message to the owner and was very nice about it saying I feel it is wrong the way they handling it which unfortunately was met with no response. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them and it is really sad as they really are active in the market and feel like the company you want to be associated with but the bells and whistles don't come through when it came to claiming and customer service.

I was involved in an accident earlier this year and the whole team was helpful, from arranging a car for me to getting my car repaired quickly. They are a great company and I love that I worked with one person from the start, Chanelle Van Zyl is a star. :)
