I purchased a pair of Bronx whilst i was on vacation in Cape Town. Wore the shoe once and realized it was tearing, Spoke to a very polite and pleasant lady by the name of Katz, who couriered a replacement pair. Well Done Bolton Footwear You now have a loyal customer.

Purchased two kettles from Game online and returned it because it was not cordless. Went to the Pavillion and was told to go to Westwood. Returned the 2 kettles @ Westwood in October and was told will get a refund via eft. I have since only received a refund for one. Not worth buying online Game is not equipped to handle online

Absolutely Appalling service. Internet working intermittently Logged a fault on 16Th Dec and still not resolved. All they tell you is that they are waiting to handover to a technician. Just to let Telkom know that as soon as fibre is available, i will choose another service provider

My son received a remote controlled car as a birthday gift. It stopped working a few months later. My 8 year old son and i took it to the Pavillion branch but they refused to sort it out giving excuses. My kid was really upset. I left the toy in its original packaging with the proof of purchase and my contact details, Its been almost 4 months and nobody has called me.
Purchased an optic kettle from Makro,and registered the warantee online. After 12 months the kettle started leaking, i took it 3 TIMES to the service centre in Percy Osborn Road and it is still with them. I send a message to customer services on the the company website a few weeks ago and still awaiting a response. Very Very Poor Customer Services. I would never purchase a Mellerware product again.
