<p>My installer coded in my remotes but then all remotes stopped working. My installer told me he did not know how to fix the problem - he woud have to call ET for support. I could see he had no urgency to help as he was already paid. I then logged an online technical support call with ET Systems. Within a half hour Elton called me. He talked me through the process to set the limits for the door - which was the simplistic problem. But required much patience from his side to help this female get it right. At one stage we got cut off but he immediately called back then patiently continued to talk me through the process to code my remotes correctly. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you Elton for your patience with me and taking the time to care for your clients. At no additional cost ...wow! </p>
