Itlec provides extremely poor service. Apart from the towers that so often give problems, the service provided by the technical team is extremely poor, they can talk to clients who pay for a service that is not delivered as they like, make clients out to be ******** know-nothings, but the the moment you treat them the way they treat you they just want to cancel your subscription on your behalf. Money must be good if they just want to cut off clients themselves and not care about how clients are treated. Itlec maybe if you look at how your people talk to your clients things will also go better.
