Itlec provides extremely poor service. Apart from the towers that so often give problems, the service provided by the technical team is extremely poor, they can talk to clients who pay for a service that is not delivered as they like, make clients out to be ******** know-nothings, but the the moment you treat them the way they treat you they just want to cancel your subscription on your behalf. Money must be good if they just want to cut off clients themselves and not care about how clients are treated. Itlec maybe if you look at how your people talk to your clients things will also go better.

Itlec provides extremely poor service. Good day,let me take the time to inform you out there about my bad service with It-,lec,this started last year November,I informed them about my wifi thats always off,no reception ,than they in return told me theres nothing they can do,becsuse the problem is on the towers and is the problem of the networks,so I still had to pay full amound allthiugh I couldnt even use this wifi everytime,in January it was decided that they gave me an telkom network,wich mind u didnt work,when it was loadshedding,and also was off on some days,when I ask about it,they just said its the problem with the towers,My previuose network was R699,so they didnt mention when they bring the telkom one,that it would be R899 ,so its R200 more for the telkom one,and u cant use it during loadshedding,than I paid them the R899,2 days after that I got a message stating I must pay outstanding R195,what was that for than they said it is for upgrading to telkom,wich in my view is a downgrade,this morning they informed me that my service is suspended because I ow this ammound off R195,please be carefull of IT-lec they whill ROB u.I got very,very bad service from them
