Empire debt Management
Please be very careful of this company,they will promise to get you cleared 30-90 days on the latest,after that they will just keep quiet,don't reply to you're calls or Whatsapps,like I'm my case,they've been deducting for 4 months,going to the 5th month,no replies ,just plain rude and *********** 😡😡😡😡😡😡

me & my child was at till,he chose to help a police officer Wich was after us,remind we was at the till already,I had to leave my child's 2 track suits & socks & go & shop else wher

To Beares Kuruman,Im very angry & disappointed,the way you treat youre customers ,On Tuesday 12/11/2024 we had communicated that,Im on day shift,& would be till Friday,you can contact me before 8 or between 14:00-15:00 ,on the 13/11/2024,you send me a W/app telling me youre in the field,you whill contact me ,Today/Thursday the 14/11/2024 ,Im at work you went to my house,open my gate,& reversed youre bakkie in.My son was at home,studying,mind you Im a widower,you than told an 13 year old boy,youre father dont pick up the phone,tell youre father,he must come to the office on Friday 15/11/2024,if he dont come,we (Beares) whill come & collect the furniture.I was in the mine,no network,driver came & pick me up,theres an emergency at home,than my son told me,this is very ,very bad service from you ,Beares Kuruman,you can be shure that I whill yake this matter foward,u Harrest my son,who was busy studing.😡

They have treated me bad ,they took my money,and till today I havent receive any refunds,even from my creditors,and debtbusters promise me a refund its been since 24/05/2024

Debtbusters is a ****
Bad,Bad,Bad service from Debtbusters,once they take youre money,the dont care about how you survive or even if you have food on youre table,they advertise and say they are there to Help,bit believe me,they are only there to take more money from clients,resulting in us getting in more debt,I have been struggling since the 24/05/2024 to get my refund from them wich they promised to get from my creditors and refund me,but till today 12/06/2024 I received nothing,I ask them to cansell my Debtbuster accound and refund my R5000 that I paid to them ,now they dont reply.Bad,Bad,Bad service.

Debtbusters left me broke
Good day,please be carefull of this people,I app**** for debt review,they than told me they whill stop all other debit orders,and deduct R5000 wich they would than distribute amongst my accounts,on the 24th all my debit orders went of including the R5000 from them,I got in contact with them that 24th and was assured that my other debit orders would be refunded,today is the 04/06/2024 ,still no refunds,they have left me in a more stressful state then before ,and I would like to inform all those who wish to join them ,not to do so,its clear to me now that I wont receive my debit orders back ,No refund,once they "Debtbusters" receive there debit order they dont care about the client anymore,they dont even return my emails anymore,they already blocked me from obtaining any loans,so this June month since all of my money is out of my account,I have no food,and also have to move out of my house because I couldnt afford to pay the rent end of May.

It-lec poor/bad service
Good day,let me take the time to inform you out there about my bad service with It-,lec,this started last year November,I informed them about my wifi thats always off,no reception ,than they in return told me theres nothing they can do,becsuse the problem is on the towers and is the problem of the networks,so I still had to pay full amound allthiugh I couldnt even use this wifi everytime,in January it was decided that they gave me an telkom network,wich mind u didnt work,when it was loadshedding,and also was off on some days,when I ask about it,they just said its the problem with the towers,My previuose network was R699,so they didnt mention when they bring the telkom one,that it would be R899 ,so its R200 more for the telkom one,and u cant use it during loadshedding,than I paid them the R899,2 days after that I got a message stating I must pay outstanding R195,what was that for than they said it is for upgrading to telkom,wich in my view is a downgrade,this morning they informed me that my service is suspended because I ow this ammound off R195,please be carefull of IT-lec they whill ROB u.I got very,very bad service from them

Please,please,please be very CAREFULL of doing busness with Planet42,these guys dont care about client care,as long as they receive there installments,they are good,but if you as the client have to claim for mechanical "wich you pay for" than they bluntly refuse to help you,I have terminate my contract with them December last year,but still they want a canssellation fee,they where the people who told me to take that vehicle to repair shop,so after 3months of them not paying the repair shop I had to pay out my own pocket for fault finding ,towing and storage,I have returned they vehicle April this year,still today they are harrasing me,for money.My plea to you people is please dont do business with Planet42 please.

Please be very carefull when dealling with Planet42,as someone who does has alot of experience with them,I would not reffer my enemy to them,as Ive mentioned before this people gave me a vehicle wich had a mechanical warrenty witch Ive paid every month,when the vehicle had issues and I had to claim from them,they kept me in vein for Months,so Ive returned the vehicle,now they still harrest me,I hate Planet42
