Food is good, accuracy and professionalism is not
The food is actually pretty good. The competence required to fullfill an order accurately, or correct it in a timely fashion however is lacking, along with decent communications regarding delivery timelines. If it doesn't matter when it arrives, and you don't mind some suprises, go for it. Otherwise shop elsewhere

Great, if you don't mind paying for something, and getting something else
The prices are good, and the food is not unpleasant. Make sure you aren't relying on the delivery timeframe, because that's not as advertised. But my biggest complaint comes from the fact that they will happily swap what you ordered for what they have in stock. They'll give you a call to find out what you'd like from what they havem instead of what you chose and PAID for. And then, if you say no thank you, I'd rather wait for the stock I ordered, they will delay your delivery, and STILLL REPLACE YOUR MEALS AS THEY SEE FIT, AND FOR CHEAPER OPTIONS.
