I had a terrible experience with security staff members of bizvest protea coin at the SARS office in vanderbijlpark today 17th February 2026 at around 11/ 11:30 am today, 3 staff members on duty, 2 female and one male but the male security was the worst of the 3, the acted unprofessional and discriminating against foreign nationals and thier spouse. He assisted south african that where behind me and I had to call him to order but still proved unreasonable and it took another security to allow me in but when I told her that he was unprofessional she took his side likewise the 3rd female security office, they all went as far as disrespecting me and my wife.
This is the worst established ever come across, very *********** online staff members and procedures. My payment as been pending for ever after making payments and yet their finance department can allocate my payment so that I can proceed with my application.
Am very disappointed at siesta butchery because thier cashiers are *******, I bought protein products and the cashier removed my turkey because she new I would not double check. Please be warned and always check your bag before leaving,they are ******* does cashiers.
I place a series of bet on the platform in international Africa millions and my bet was processed but never got a result, only showed pending after the due date and when I emailed them they were quick to refund my bet stake back into my account without any explanation. Which means I won and they never wanted to pay out.
I want to rate Express hardware ironside a 5 star for thier professionalism in handling the misunderstanding between us, I apologise to the security's and loading guys. Thanks
Morning house just want to share my experience with african bank and their trend of incompetency, poor staffing, zero commitment towards thier name as a bank set out to assist AFRICANS and people in general. Please note that I went to a branch, threerivers to be precise to open an account and it took almost a whole month to get the account opened and active, I had to visit the branch every day of the month and push the staff to do thier work which they also said the problem is from thier head of because nobody replies emails and wants to do their work. After all my efforts it was open but for them to start round two of thier incompleteness with the banking APP for days and later came back to say they detected *****ulent activities on a new account I haven't used for any transactions.
