I’ve had a frustrating experience with the after-sales support from Luxpower South Africa. I’m dealing with a simple setup issue with my inverter, but the so-called engineers have completely ignored my messages. Because of this, I’d recommend steering clear of Luxpower products.

Extremely Poor Communication and Lack of Response from Dampvent I have experienced significant frustration with Dampvent's communication. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, including calls to the office and every number listed on their website, I have yet to receive a response. I left numerous voicemail messages, but none have been returned. Based on this experience, I recommend stay away from this business.

On May 9th, I placed an order for slippers and was assured by Boredbox that delivery would occur within 5 to 7 days. However, after receiving no updates, I reached out on May 21st, only to be met with silence. Eventually, I received a response via WhatsApp, stating that the issue would be resolved by Monday, May 26th—five days later. Since then, I have received no further updates or feedback regarding the status of my order. My strong recommendation is to avoid purchasing from Boredbox. Their lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, and it feels as though they are simply taking your money without delivering on their promises. Choose wisely—there are better options out there!
Highly disappointing as I have never had a bad experience at the Bedfordview branch. Shocking service for the Bembom brand. Management is aware of a serious incident but has chosen to tolerate the unacceptable rude and disrespectful behavior of their staff.
