Remax Lydenburg is the worst nevertheless service I got from their estate agents even manager was the worst. Don't ever let the best your property agent. They don't care if you property is well maintained or the tenant is paying rent. LORRAINE shell only follow up when u ask. Worse even their manager will ignore the landlords complains. They kept a tenant who didn't pay rent or clean the house... now she didn't even pay January rent. I asked Lorraine who will be paying for the January rent she didn't respond. When I asked them to give md the deposit so I can clean & fix my property they refused. Later they decided they'll pan me the deposit as Jan rent but gues what till today its not paid over to me... please do not take your property to Remax Lydenburg a agent. Do not...
I booked a self catering apartment for 10 days in Sandton to write my exams via booking.com named Marley & Katherine Apartments. These are residential apartments not self catering. When I got to the property I realized it did meet my needs especially since I'm there to write exams. I notified the property owner that I'd please like to cancel they referred me to booking.com since I booked through them, booking.com tried contacting the property with me on the line, the property didn't answer. Booking.com said if the property doesn't answer within 24 hours ilk get my refund free of charge, this was Sunday the 9th, I contacted booking.com on the 12th still the property didn't answer & today Friday they say they will refund me 15%...? Really? I didnt even stay there, I waited for 5 days for a refund had yo book alternative accommodation that will suit my need, I really need the money to book for my other 5 days ... please help me... as for booking.com they keep hanging up my calls when I ask to speak to the manager in charge
I bought a pump up bed from them ( Outdoor Warehouse in middleburg) on t the 27th July, hoping to use it on the weekend of the 2nd Aug - i tested it on the 31st to see if it had no leaks, to my surprise it was leaking, i send it back to the store the next day - to my surprise the store manager tells me they are not at fault - i ask them how because i haven't even slept on the bed, its not even 10 days since i bought the bed, nor have they tested instore on my departures to prove it wasn't leaking - whose fault is it , there's a cut on the matrass & they said i should try my luck with their supplier ... really, really ... can a customer try their luck with a stores supplier to see if they can help with damaged goods. where is customer service?
