Treat their staff very badly

Heavenly Coffees, hahaha, please don't go work there, they treat their staff very badly, i worked there for a year every Saturday and it was horrible, the permanent staff all resigned because they weren't treated right, if the staff asked for leave, they give it to them and then on a Sunday afternoon they call and say they can't go on leave anymore, even if you have a VALID reason for leave, they don't care about your personal life, only if it helps them, and then you have to pay them money after resigning because they made the choice to pay your full salary when you were on sick leave, it was their choice but they still made the one staff member pay...Heavenly Coffee's give off this nice presence, but it's actually HELL to work there. The owners promised the one staff member a contract in December 2023 and they only gave the contract in May 2024 only when the staff member wanted to resign, I'm definitely DONE with this place!
