Horrible/Zero customer service
Horrible/Zero customer service. Good food though i experienced bad altitude from Francois Dreyer the manager / owner after complaining about the wrong order. Horrible/Zero customer service.

Treat their staff very badly
Heavenly Coffees, hahaha, please don't go work there, they treat their staff very badly, i worked there for a year every Saturday and it was horrible, the permanent staff all resigned because they weren't treated right, if the staff asked for leave, they give it to them and then on a Sunday afternoon they call and say they can't go on leave anymore, even if you have a VALID reason for leave, they don't care about your personal life, only if it helps them, and then you have to pay them money after resigning because they made the choice to pay your full salary when you were on sick leave, it was their choice but they still made the one staff member pay...Heavenly Coffee's give off this nice presence, but it's actually HELL to work there. The owners promised the one staff member a contract in December 2023 and they only gave the contract in May 2024 only when the staff member wanted to resign, I'm definitely DONE with this place!

Great place
Absolutely love this place they have a great selection of different coffees and brewing methods and the aren't badly priced either. Food is also great with a wide selection and definitely worth the price. I'm looking forward to trying everything on the menu.

Best coffee shop in Centurion.
Visited here yesterday with my wife and it was the best experience ever the staff is extremely friendly and professional. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the menu " a 1.2L jug of filter coffee" well as a coffee snob that was definitely what I took and oh man was it amazing!. The food was outstanding and really surprised my tastebuds and just to top it off if you are there you better have some of the heavenly chocolate cheesecake I promise you it is like nothing you have ever tasted before!.

Heavenly coffee for sure!
I have bought coffee beans from Heavely Coffees in Centurion three times now. My order is delivered within 24-48 hours without fail. The coffee is freshly roasted (usually only 3 days before) and delicious. Their prices are really competitive too. I'm a fan
