They do not care about passengers, they are to com****able to just cancel a flight and expect everyone to just adjust calenders, they have to most inexperienced pilots and useless service, I hope they one daycget what they deserve!
My wife and I went to Nu metro at Menlyn Mall to watch a 4DX movie which was brilliant by the way but I have to give it to the staff, they were amazing, they helped us get our snacks quickly (as we were a bit late) the lady by the snack counter was very engaging and the cinema was super clean, I just want to say thank you for the excellent service.
With the experience we have with my dad's policy after he passed away, this company has done nothing more than just ***** my mother's money, the executors (Carl) do not give a damn about the clients, all they see is money, the policy includes paying executors fees but they demand more, so they have left us no choice than to get our lawyers and take them on, they think that they can fool my mother just because she is a woman but little do they know that her son will not allow them to ***** from her any further! Never trust this company with any of your policies, rather move to one that actually cares about its clients.
Where to start, the entrance, yes the entrance is what is seen first in any restaurant, but this was just different. As you drive up the very well-kept road through the gate on your way to the restaurant it somehow creates an atmosphere as if you are entering a luxurious resort it instantly gives you that relaxing feel that you need especially in the middle of the week. Then the service they provide, I do not think words can explain how professional and neat the staff is. They welcome you with a warm smile and open arms, and they make you feel as if you are there on a regular basis, the ordering process was effortless and the meals and drinks came quickly, much quicker than you would expect. Now the quality of the meals was outstanding, each bite was different, and the taste of each bite was just unique and unexpected. If I could give them a 10 star I would definitely do so, they have over exceeded my expectations in all the categories a restaurant is and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an inexpensive and romantic evening.
I am a regular customer of Eskort located in Rooihuiskraal, I always go there for my biltong. On this specific day, the lady behind the biltong counter asked for my order and I gave it to her and she said my order is good, afterward the total was more than I asked for so I just asked her if she can take remove some pieces of biltong to make it an even price which she replied "if I choose a piece I am obliged to take the entire piece, I am not allowed to take pieces out" I then said it is a first I heard about this because this what I always do. So I think she just undermined me because my appearance comes forward as young looking and she saw the opportunity to treat me with disrespect. After this encounter, I refuse to further support Eskort in Rooihuiskraal due to the behavior of the staff.
I do not know what Vodacom is busy with but myself and my wife keep on getting phone calls from debt collectors for a Mr Naidoo and a Mr Bezuidenhout. If they sell numbers to help people get away with not paying debt I would definitely not want any business with them anymore, If I get one more phone call then something needs to happen to stop these for all who struggle with this..
I was trying to get assistance for a limit increase on my store card using the whatsapp platform to communicate with a consultant. When I finally got through to Lungile it took them 8 min to respond to my messages but when I just took 4 min because I was searching for my account number my chat got cut off. I feel this is very unacceptable for a so-called customer service agent. I think that better training should be provided and consequences should be faced for this ill-treatment to customers.
The issue with MBD with Transaction Capital Recoveries is that I feel it can only be a scam stealing your money. I keep on getting phone calls from agents stating I owe money to MBD regarding my Homechoice account which is actually paid in full and I have a letter stating the same. When I try to get a hold of MBD it is merely impossible because their telephone line stays on hold and their WhatsApp chat portal is useless. I tried making use of their self-service portal on their website but it keeps saying that there is no data for my ID or reference number and then I tried sending emails that never get replied to. I then tried talking to the agents who phone me every morning at 07h00 sharp but as soon as I explain my case the phone is put down in my ear. I phoned Homechoice asking why MBD is phoning me and they even say that they did not give me over to MBD so they do not know. MBD (Transaction Capital Recoveries) is busy with illegal practice and is causing my credit score to be negatively affected. My wife is NCA accredited and also I am contacting the NCR because I feel you are busy messing with the wrong person. If you have nothing to hide why do you not answer my questions? I will only speak to Managing Director Carl A G De Villiers to solve this matter peacefully.

They never answer the phone if you phone the legal department because they know that they have no clue what they are doing!!!!! Do not use them at all!
