Horrible/Zero customer service. Good food though i experienced bad altitude from Francois Dreyer the manager / owner after complaining about the wrong order. Horrible/Zero customer service.

Business owner fighting with a service technician
The business owner was fighting with a Refrigeration service technician. Centre management had to intervene to calm down the owner. I was not safe at all,not good for business.

Poor management
David the manager was fighting with a fridge technician guy who was claiming for his payment after a month of empty promises to get paid for fixing their refrigerator. Really bad experience for the management.

Horrible service
I booked in my car for wheel balancing and alignment,and they opened the boot for a spare tyre without asking my approval. When i get home,i took out my laptop back from the boot and only to find out that my laptop screen is cracked. The following day i went back to them and complain regarding the incident,but the manager was rude and irresponsible. I regret for choosing Hi Q Bryanstone for service.

Horrible service
Horrible experience at their Johannesburg office in Marble towers. The front desk lady was very rude,I don't have the energy to go there again to be insulted by their receptionist. Please advise any other Road Accident Fund lawyers who understand and respect their clients.

Disgusting service (JHC)
<p>Am living in bad and smelling flat of Johannesburg Housing company (JHC) for seven months now, there is always a bad smell breathing out from the sewer line in the bathroom.I have been reporting the issue to the JHC building manager Mr.Pitso and I even sent emails to the lease manager at the office but nothing happened. JHC is only good in collecting the revenues, the don't make a mistake to make sure that I pay before the first of each and every month.I have been patient but now terminating the contract is the last and the best option for me.Think twice before applying at JHC.</p>
