I paid for a subscription with Be Broadband for Fibre. I haven't had connection for over 3 days now, a ticket has been by Linteg Fibre Solutions (their internet provider) and nothing has happened. I, in the meantime, am spending money buying data whereas I have paid my Be Broadband subscription till end of January 2026. This is about the 03rd time this has happened this year. The service is pathetic, no one wants to take accountability and it looks like we will not have connection till next year. I am done with them for good.

Since joining Be Broadband, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating — from constant network disruptions to ongoing incompetence in the accounts department. When I signed up, I was asked to complete and submit paperwork, which I did immediately. I was later told it was either not received or sent to the wrong email. I followed your instructions to the letter — what happens to that paperwork once it leaves my inbox is your responsibility, not mine. The same issue happened with the debit order form. I was first told it couldn’t be found. After resending it on 24 April, I was informed once again that I had sent it to the "wrong email address." This level of disorganisation is completely unacceptable. Out of curiosity, I checked your rating on Hello Peter — 1 star. I only wish I had seen that earlier. The customer service is appalling, and the complete lack of ownership or follow-through is deeply concerning. Oh and still no answer from them. I strongly advise anyone considering Be Broadband to think twice.

This company is the worst ever I would not recommend for people to use their services every month you experience wifi down time they always have stories about their service being of line_ the COO even when you send him a email he can not acknowledge and apologize for inconveniencing customer he has no respect what so ever the consultants are also incompletetent 0 customer service. Imagine paying for wifi every month but receive half the service.

Bad customer service and very unprofessional. Not sure how they hire their accounts department agents. such *********** agents who are very rude and will drop a call in you ear when laying a complaint. They are very quick to deactivate a service even when you paid on time and charge a reconnection fee, but when they are supposed to bring the service back. You will start getting a bunch of stupid stories, they don't make notes when you call through, they don't update their statements which does not make any sense to me. Unhappy customer, bad service I have every seen. Rude agents from their accounts department

I experience outages almost every week and it takes a long time for them to solved. And I depend on the Wi-Fi for work.

I wish i could rate a negative number. I have had only worst experience with these people. I'm starting to think they do this on purpose. They made amendments to my debit order which resulted in the bank rejecting the new amendments because those amendments were not authorized (the bank jected the debit with RTD-DEBIT AGAINST PAYERS AUTH error). And yes, i never got any communication of the amendments. Thats not even the worst of it. They say I disputed the debit order. Which of course i didnt, i work from home and always need internet. I'm cancelling their service. I'll take my money elsewhere. This is the second time they temper with my debits which resulted in multiple missed installments. And i always have to pay the extra fees to reactivate my internet. Nope, enough is enough. I even shared my 6 months bank statement to show them they messed up. But no, i have to wait 5 days to get my internet back even though I'm offering to pay half of the total missed payments. Worst ISP!

I had an excellent experience, as the staff demonstrated professionalism and promptly addressed all of my queries and concerns. Additionally, the installation process was efficient and seamless.
