I wish i could rate a negative number. I have had only worst experience with these people. I'm starting to think they do this on purpose. They made amendments to my debit order which resulted in the bank rejecting the new amendments because those amendments were not authorized (the bank jected the debit with RTD-DEBIT AGAINST PAYERS AUTH error). And yes, i never got any communication of the amendments. Thats not even the worst of it. They say I disputed the debit order. Which of course i didnt, i work from home and always need internet. I'm cancelling their service. I'll take my money elsewhere. This is the second time they temper with my debits which resulted in multiple missed installments. And i always have to pay the extra fees to reactivate my internet. Nope, enough is enough. I even shared my 6 months bank statement to show them they messed up. But no, i have to wait 5 days to get my internet back even though I'm offering to pay half of the total missed payments. Worst ISP!
I am so not happy. After 2 days of placing an order online, they keep telling me that the order is still sitting on payment pending (well today they say its on canceled) because I paid through PayFlex, I then contacted PayFlex they tell me that the order is now sitting with Incredible Connection and has been payed. This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered! Do i really have to wait 2 days just to place an order? my biggest fear is that, after all this, they will be telling me that they are out of stock and I will then have to wait an additional 2-5 days just to get the merchandize.
they are lucky there is no 0 rating. I'd definitely give them that. i am even considering moving out of this complex because of this horrible fibre. i recently moved to cape town and I have never been so disappointed like this.
I am really furious at their accounts department and customer service. 4 times i requested a paid up letter and I'm receiving this BS link that says my account is still in arrears, in which is wrong as my account is paid up, i have been waiting for 3 weeks now without receiving my paid up letter. I am trying to use the letter for other application and thats holding me up for 3 weeks now. BS service.
Maipfi was a very well mannered and humble agent that assisted me very kindly and generously. I definitely loved being assisted by her.
