Bad customer service and very unprofessional. Not sure how they hire their accounts department agents. such *********** agents who are very rude and will drop a call in you ear when laying a complaint. They are very quick to deactivate a service even when you paid on time and charge a reconnection fee, but when they are supposed to bring the service back. You will start getting a bunch of stupid stories, they don't make notes when you call through, they don't update their statements which does not make any sense to me. This is one horrible company. Their service is at zero level, from their support department with every week outages in Kibler Park. I payed my monthly subscription as per an invoice I received for the month on the 29th of Feb 2025 and sent an email through to their accounts department, and somebody acknowledged the payment and stated that they will allocate the money. Now my line is suspended. When I call through to their accounts I spoke to 2 unprofessional agents stating that a person dealing with this is on another call. 15 minutes later a lady by the name of Marinda called me telling me about an outstanding amount of R49, 50 from Jan 2025 and that I now have to pay R150.00. when I ask her as to why was I not notified about the R49, 50. She told me that it's not their responsibility and hung up on me. For God's sake who does the invoices and statements if not them. I must say they are very unprofessional and rude to their customers. I won't recommend this company to anyone.
