Bad customer service and very unprofessional. Not sure how they hire their accounts department agents. such *********** agents who are very rude and will drop a call in you ear when laying a complaint. They are very quick to deactivate a service even when you paid on time and charge a reconnection fee, but when they are supposed to bring the service back. You will start getting a bunch of stupid stories, they don't make notes when you call through, they don't update their statements which does not make any sense to me.
Unhappy customer, bad service I have every seen. Rude agents from their accounts department
