I wish i could rate a negative number. I have had only worst experience with these people.
I'm starting to think they do this on purpose. They made amendments to my debit order which resulted in the bank rejecting the new amendments because those amendments were not authorized (the bank jected the debit with RTD-DEBIT AGAINST PAYERS AUTH error). And yes, i never got any communication of the amendments.
Thats not even the worst of it. They say I disputed the debit order. Which of course i didnt, i work from home and always need internet.
I'm cancelling their service. I'll take my money elsewhere. This is the second time they temper with my debits which resulted in multiple missed installments. And i always have to pay the extra fees to reactivate my internet. Nope, enough is enough.
I even shared my 6 months bank statement to show them they messed up. But no, i have to wait 5 days to get my internet back even though I'm offering to pay half of the total missed payments.
Worst ISP!
