The rest couldn't care less Adding injury to insult i made a claim for a faulty reverse camera on 2023/06/23 when the car went back for a safety recall on 2023/11/27 the had still not given me any feedback at all it was not even loaded on the system .After very empty promises and the ordeal described in the first section upon arriving back at the dealership at 18h14 they still did not know about the camera when handing my car over .When i confronted the representative he gave a a long winded excuse that the shipping was delayed and that the camera would be there the following Friday .The next day i phoned the dealership as the steering was misaligned after they had worked on the car and yet again no one knew anything about the camera. I ended up speaking to the service manger who said that he would handle it and requested that n bring the car back .i promptly refused as me having to take time of work again to rectify their shoddy workmanship and rely on the horrific shuffle neglect would not happen again i insisted on them providing a courtesy car and them retrieving the car from me . this has yet to happen as they tried to arrange a slot for me without mentioning the courtesy car and still hounding them for a solution and continuously getting empty promises or passed around again. Please rather use another dealership or be prepared to fight about absolutely everything that has to be done , it seems to be a trend at the dealership as I'm not the only lost customer complaining about them Here's to hoping that they get audited by Suzuki soon
Absolutely love this place they have a great selection of different coffees and brewing methods and the aren't badly priced either. Food is also great with a wide selection and definitely worth the price. I'm looking forward to trying everything on the menu.
Truly horrible customer service. Rather avoid them as you'd have a hard time actually getting g you're internet up running they don't reply to queries or service cards at all
Tried the fibre through webafrica .The worst internet i have ever had and ive used TELKOM ! Have to restart the router at least 4 times a day to have a spoty conection at best and the support is non existant .
after recent weather telephone pole has fallen down in my yard and i cannot get a hold of anyone at Telkom to even start to report or resovle the the low hanging cables are posing a serous risk as the are very close to a grass lappa
Ordered a funko pop and it was delivered in a damaged condition. After a long returns proses another one was delivered but was also damaged. And they are unwilling to accept responsibility for shipping a damaged product. The packaging was more the sufficient to protect the product so the delivery company cannot be held responsible
