I applied on the app for a fixed term account, got no response. Then I wrote to the "private bankers". Got an email 5 working days later that the request was closed. Yet no one has contacted me at all.
I emailed on 22 January to close my account. I sent a reminder after a few days Yesterday I phoned. Have to go through "verifying". Consultant realised they have not sent me the "closure form". After receiving it, i filled and sent it back in 5 minutes. Today I phoned again to ask why they have still not responded. I refused to go through the "verifying" process again. I sent the emails and form to the consultant again until this time (9h52) still not received response. Maybe if I complain here, I might get a response.
Pick n Pay SCAM: A man dressed in the Pick n Pay clothes and name tag, cornered me in PicknPay in Mall@Redds, asking for my Smart Shopper Card, which he inserted in his ipad. He said I can win R50 000. Then he started asking all sorts of questions, eventually wanting my bank details, which I refused. He then took me to the Manager, whereafter it seems that he wanted to open a PnP credit card for me! I was furious and asked him to delete all my detail. I checked it. However, later that night I get a call from PnP headoffice, "responding to my request for a credit card"! This, after I asked that he deleted all my details! What is this, PnP? Scamming your customers? This is not acceptable!

A payment must be made for a medical claim. Discovery paid, retracted, paid, retracted, paid one cent to the provider, retracted, I don't know what is going on but they can't get it right. The provider has phoned them again and again to ask what they need. No use phoning, can't get a manager to speak to.
An oversees company refunded my payment months ago. Paypal has still not refunded the money. The company even supplied the refunding reference number. 4 times when I wrote to Customer service, they responded with the standard 'reply' answer. Not acknowledging my query, not referring to the refunding number, I get no answer. Unbelievable that a company can just ignore your question, and send you gibberish as an answer. I don't suppose they will ever refund the money, since I cannot get through to them.
<p>I cancelled our land line on 29 November. To date I have not received a single response, only the automatic email, and our landline is still working.</p>
