WORST COMPANY

I had the worst experience with X Agent Mxolisi and His Manager Mohammed. Mxolisi frist sat with me and my husband as discussed his client wants pro rata for the month and to move in on the 1 August . I run an air bnb in my unit. Mxolisi made me remove all the furnisher for his client buy a new fridge as the clients were taking my unit semi furnished and we only had a bar fridge. Mxolisi presented like he never said there's things to us. Which are on text messages. Mohammed then acted like he was helping by telling me it's his client and he will sort everything out. Two weeks went by and still no communication. I live 3 hours away which I expressed to Mxolisi and Mohammed. They made me drive here 3 times unnecessarily. That's 6 hours perday for no reason. In the end the eventually sent me the lease which the dragged till the 30july. When I questioned mxolisi back on the email with the lease hl. He was no response and acted like he didn't get the email. He continued to lie. Now I have a half empty apartment with no Apoloy or compensation and a family to feed. This is the worst company . I will never recommend them to anyone.
