Worst service ever at OneCart
I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from OneCart! My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare. I placed an order on July 25th, only to have it canceled and my account blocked. Since then, I've been trying to get a resolution, but it's been a futile effort. Despite reaching out every day through various channels - phone, email, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram - I've received nothing but generic, automated responses. No one has taken the time to address my concerns or provide a solution. It's like they're ignoring me on purpose. To make matters worse, my money still hasn't been refunded. It's been nearly 2 weeks, and I'm still waiting. This is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn't my first horrible experience with OneCart. I've had issues in the past, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, this latest incident has shown me that their service has not improved. If you value your time and money, stay far away from OneCart. Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly don't care about their customers. Until they take steps to address these issues, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
