Frustrated
U app**** last year in September since then they have been deducting R250 from my accout and R98 but never helped mw not even once tried to contact the to no avail sent tons on emails and tried to despute the debit orders but thats not helping..

Trully disappointed i them i requested a call for about two weeks and bever received it wanted to make changes on my policey i call them.oday only for them to answere me with an "aww" for not calling and been paying without any missed payment i canceled my policy and requested a refund abd they refused of which since i joined then i never made a claim.
