Unfriendly

Terrible terrible service. Unfriendly people after sales. Called in to ask when they will delivery the product I paid 100% a month ago. My question was whether there is a schedule in sight. They told me they will let me know after screaming at me why I am calling them while the information is already in the invoice. BTW invoice says approx 2 months. I still do not understand what is wrong with asking if there is anything scheduled after 1 month. Even if I was wrong, why do you start an argument with a client? I am so so so regretful having purchased anything from this unfriendly people in the Netherlands.
