We bought a bed… a few months later the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on. I put in a complaint. I went into the branch spoke to owner on numerous occasions. Life happens and time went I then contacted owner to say things have gotten increasingly worse and can no longer wait to be attended to. After getting no response eventually he says they have closed down. He would get someone to contact me. No one contacted me. Owner neglected to responded to anymore messages. I eventually got hold of another branch for assistance. They then send me to another branch closer to me. An assessor comes out and says the bed is in a terrible condition. They send me a quote to pay for damages because the bed is out of Guarantee. I told them that the bed was not out of guarantee when I initially complained. Everytime I explain to them why I’m not prepared to pay they say they will get back but never do. We have had to contact them everytime. It’s almost another month that has passed and they are not willing to accept that their level of service and communication is beyond terrible. This experience has left me with back issues and extra dr bills and such a bitter taste. I doubt very much I’d want to buy any bed from any of them if this is the experience with more than one branch. Says so much about how they value clients.
