SHOCKING BAD SERVICE - BUILDERS WAREHOUSE ONLINE - COMPLAINT 2 I was promised a week ago that a refund would be received within 2 - 7 working days!!! TODAY IS 7 DAYS - NO FUNDS RECEIVED! I keep on getting some kind of standard very polite reply! Where do consumers go to if HELLO PETER cannot make the big companies honour their commitments???? CONSUMERS ARE IN TROUBLE!!
We live in Harrismith and naturally a lot of items I order online. On 9 July 2024 I ordered a Megamaster Combustion Fireplace on the online store. After 3 attempts of going through the process and paying the system kept on giving the message pending. On 10/07/2024 I received a refund for the one payment made. Since 10/07/2024 I have been speaking to various Complaints Dept Employees to refund the R33 196-00 owed to me!! I have had to complete a pack of documents, my online account has been credited which I have re-iterated I do not need! I need the money in my bank account!! IT IS A MONTH AND STILL THE MATTER HAS BEEN REFERRED TO A FACELESS MANAGER, who is too lazy or just not interested to assist. I have a small business and this is not small change!!
