Bad business practice
Quoted and paid R2000 for the 14th Sept, they didn't come and didn't communicate, after numerous watsupps coz calls aren't answered finally said they will come on 16 Sept 2024, they still didn't come, had to make other means. I want my R2000 back. Bad business, would never recommend.

BAD SERVICE AND NO COURTESY FROM THE DELIVERY GUY
I had a parcel from Temu and the delivery guy buzzed at my complex and i told him i am at work (we work for a living, there is no way i am at my apartment 24/7), now i get an email saying you couldnt locate me. What is difficult in calling and asking the convenient time to deliver. Your delivery guy lacks customer service nje. I'm irritated.
