Beware of Jac Motors Northcliff AKA Mitsubishi Northcliff AGG- Refund Refusal Experience Review: I recently had an unfortunate experience with [Jac Motors Northcliff AKA Mitsubishi Northcliff.]. After purchasing a car and experiencing issues, I requested a refund, which was promised by their team. However, despite numerous attempts to contact them, I am still waiting for my refund. It has been a month and the dealership has not only failed to honor the refund but has also been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving the issue. This experience has caused me significant stress and inconvenience, and I urge anyone considering [Jac Motors Northcliff AKA Mitsubishi Northcliff] to be cautious. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others. If you value honest and responsive service, look elsewhere.
I have 2 contracts with MTN; 1. Phone contract 2. MTN uncapped rutor 1. Phone contract: They started with debiting, and not on the agreed date, so that resulted to my account not being paid because they decided to debit on the 5th or later rather than the agreed date of 4th of every month. So now my phone bill is in arrears because of the above mentioned issue. I had to make arrangements to bring my account up to date. I then resorted into changing the debit order to cash payment and I told them I will make payment on the 1st of every month as my pay day is the last day of the month. I was surprised when my phone services were shut down on the 29th day of the month, I called to query what's going on. That's when they told me that cash payments should be made on the 21st or 22nd of every month. I was so confused because we had agreed on the 1st and no one told me about this 21st and 22nd cash payment clause. 2. MTN Rutour - This rutor became a problem when I started paying R960 for a R270 rutor. The first payment I made was R270 and R150 for the Simard, they switched off my services halfway through the month and when I inquired they said I didn't pay my bill...you can only imagine the shock and frustration I was facing. I then went to the store and they **** about pro rata this pro rata that, I paid R540 and I am still experiencing problems. Someone please intervene, MTN is ripping us off!
