what a poor service!!!! I submitted my claim for two pot on the 5th of September Via email and I am the one who has been constantly checking up on them. I do understand they have HIGH Volumes of claims but at least when you are doing the follow up they must give you a clear answer instead of dropping the phone.
I have had the worst experience with retirement fund,ever since the withdrawal started they are unreasonable..we understand the volumes of application that they may have received but there is no update at all ,when you phone their offices the line just drop ..I hope there is a way one can move to another retirement fund otherwise I am very disappointed by their service. The time frame the gave for the pension to be paid out has long gone and still there is no update on what is going on.
I am very upset and disgusted by the service old mutual is giving me. I have submitted my claim for my late brother in June they keep on sending me the same message and they still deducting the premiums..I am very very unhappy with their service I mean we have buried already how the hell did they expect me to get the money and now they giving me troubles with refunding the premiums that I have paid. I just want my money back that's all I am asking for!!!!!!
