This is the worst retirement fund. I have been calling for three weeks now to follow up on a withdrawal claim, and I keep receiving the same feedback. When I asked today how long I should expect their processes to take, they answered that they do not know and that I should call back maybe next week. How pathetic? Do yourself a favour, don’t join this pension fund.

The worst company to keep your money in, no one cares when you contact them. No telephone number goes through to a consultant, 6 months after my resignation, i'm still sending emails without response. New City employees stay AWAY from CRF, worst experience i've ever had with anything!

Oh wow what a very ****y shady fund that never takes calls nor emails as if they were never prepared for the TWO POT WITHDRAWAL SYSTEM.. App**** on the 6th of September 2024 my status on the App is still at pending since the 14th of October 2024.Today went to the actual office in Berea East London what a disaster seemingly those two ladies don't know what they are doing...I'm not happy with this PENSION FUND @ all ,there's a problem with their soo called Cheap App u can't get to see what you might have captured wrong...They running a Popeye Business I'm sick and tired of their inCompetance

I have had the worst experience with retirement fund,ever since the withdrawal started they are unreasonable..we understand the volumes of application that they may have received but there is no update at all ,when you phone their offices the line just drop ..I hope there is a way one can move to another retirement fund otherwise I am very disappointed by their service. The time frame the gave for the pension to be paid out has long gone and still there is no update on what is going on.

Crf is bad very bad , their communication platforms is close to non existant, im also struggling to get any information from them , this is a real concern going forward , will have to to way up other options.

We trusted a company that doesn’t give a damn about its members, people who are happy to manage our pension money but not appreciate the contributors to the growth of CRF. They are eager to accept new members, they talk a good talk, extremely convincing. If you had a choice to choose between CRF and another pension fund administrator, stay the hell away from CRF. Some companies were prepared for the two pot system, paid members with 14 days, CRF made members to wait for 2 months and still after 2 months people are not paid. There’s no communication whatsoever, not even a newsletter to reassure members.

Submitted my claim on the 5 September. Been trying to contact them all week via whatsapp, email and land line. Land line terminates the call while you wait and they do not respond to the other forms of communication. Extremely unprofessional and scary when you cant get updates or communicate from a company that is dealing with you retirement funds. I wanted to go to their offices but i read a reveiw that security does not allow you in with out an appointment..but there is no way to get through to them.
