I have an existing loan with nedbank I want to settle the loan but I have been waiting for my settlement letter.. Made calls from Monday was told that the letter takes 24hours, it's Wednesday today still no letter in my email. My number is 082 5925387

Have been calling Mr D for the past 3 days without any luck. On the 26th I have placed an order for an amount of 139.00 the money went through my account and didn't get my food. I called and sent my bank statement but my app has not been credited. My number is 063 894 2014
I have ordered on the MR DELIVERY on the 24th of September order 139.80 I didn't receive my order. The order was canceled by the the shop.. I didn't receive any food.. Mr D consultant called me on Wednesday requesting a bank statement, I sent everything but my wallet is not credited. My number is 081 54 53 598 Thank you

I have made a loan application on Saturday with boodle loans Then got offered 2 loan options, yesterday I made up my mind I choose a suitable offer for me. Was told the money would be in my account yesterday..Later received a debicheck on my account to verify the account which I didn't have any problem with Been calling since yesterday to find out what happened to the PAYOUT... This morning I sent an email with my bank statement to show proof that I have not received any money from them. Got an email that it's been sent to investigation department.im not happy first they said they sent the money the new thing they want proof of my bank statement, next thing there's an investigation. Someone is not doing their job properly mind you I have not even received a call after this whole saga from them. I'm not HAPPY WITH THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I have made a payment on the 29th of July 2024 on my FNB LOAN Account, requested a paid up letter and to be updated with the bureau's. I called was told that I should wait for a 14 working day's. I'm still waiting, I don't even have the energy to call them and request for the same thing
Good morning I am not happy with TransUnion, my profile on the their system has not updated my two accounts Vodacom & Bayport.That is badly affectecting my score..I have logged a dispute with them several times and providing paid up letters till date it's not updated. My number is 063 030 9227
I have made an application with this company I think on Tuesday, submitted all the necessary documents as requested. This morning I tried to make a call to check on the feedback was told that there's something on my Bank Statement that's a query, I explained it's clearly and they have requested a different Bank Statement from me to prove what I explained. The last time I spoke with the consultant's was when I called to follow up in the morning, I have not got any feedback regarding the progress or outcome of the application till now. When you call the call centre agent's it's either the one who you looking for is unavailable or they will escalate the message. I'm highly disappointed with their customs service.
