My experience with Dial Direct has been great. They were able to assist me with my request and also helped me to find ways to save money and reduce my premiums without jeopardising my cover.
This is the worst retirement fund. I have been calling for three weeks now to follow up on a withdrawal claim, and I keep receiving the same feedback. When I asked today how long I should expect their processes to take, they answered that they do not know and that I should call back maybe next week. How pathetic? Do yourself a favour, don’t join this pension fund.
I have experienced card ***** from my Standard Bank account. Even when I rep**** to their ***** alert sms with a ‘N’ to indicate that I have not authorised the card purchase, I still woke up to see that this company managed to deduct money from my account three times. I followed all the instructions to lodge a ***** case and sent them the affidavit and police cas number as they requested. But I still have not received anything from this bank, I don’t know if the case is getting any attention. Instead of being informed about what is happening, the bank has deducted transaction fees from my account for these *****ulent transactions, I don’t know why. Maybe to try to legitimise them. I don’t know if I will ever get my money back from Standard Bank, as they are not saying anything. Instead I’m just losing more money for this, as if this was not a huge inconvenience to begin with. Every time I call to enquire, I’m told to wait for 10 days and that they can’t give me any answers at this point. But they sure can continue to deduct fees for these *****ulent transactions with ease. I’m not sure if the bank is working to protect it’s customers or the ********s.
Bad customer service. Very dishonest. ****mers and after they didn’t send me my hair they sent me a LOL message when I complained. Don’t buy from these people.
I have had the worst online shopping experience with Coricraft. Placing the order was easy, after that I have received no communication from the company. I have tried calling the mobile number and sending WhatsApp messages, with no luck. I am unable to track my order and I am getting absolutely no assistance.
