The worst company to keep your money in, no one cares when you contact them. No telephone number goes through to a consultant, 6 months after my resignation, i'm still sending emails without response. New City employees stay AWAY from CRF, worst experience i've ever had with anything!
Do not ever request Vuma Fibre from these people, worst service ever. They keep you on hold for literally nothing when you call their call center. I can't even get a cancelation from them
I bought a Fridge at Game Tygervalley to be delivered. For a delivery I was promised 3days later after purchase, I am still waiting a week later. When I call large appliances manager, the call gets dropped on my ear after they say "it's coming today sir". Carl is the most rude man I've ever come across as a customer, aided by the Manager in Large Appliances. DO NO BUY THERE FOR DELIVERY IF YOU WANT PEACE OR MIND IN YOUR SHOPPING!
NEVER under any circumstances am I buying from this company again. I bought a defective keyboard and mouse, returned it to be replaced, they didn't want to replace it. Now I have been waiting more than 2 months for the delivery of the same product. Customer service in non existent, I don't get responses because they've already taken my money.
