After back and forth with technicians finding problems and attempting to fix my line issues, they still refuse to fix the problem. I have a 100mb/100mb line and every evening from 7pm until 11pm sometimes longer I sit with either no internet or 20mb download speeds whereby nothing actually works online. I've had 3 technicians out and I've been told countless times that Wayne would monitor the lines yet when we try to contact them there is absolutely no response after they have been monitoring the line. I play FPS online and I stream for income. Which I now haven't been able to do for 6 MONTHS because NOTHING IS DONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!! I have 20% packet loss all day everyday and ping that jumps to the sky as if I'm switching servers constantly. Not to mention trying to watch twitch or anything for that matter does not work at all. I've had patience for over a year. It's gradually gotten worse and as it's gotten worse they have gradually stopped even trying to help. This is ***** on another scale because I've been paying for a 100/100 line yet for more than 60% of the day I have only 20down/90up on the line. I'm sick of this company giving me loops to jump through just to get help this is disgraceful service. I'm fed up.
Service is terrible which lead to me investigating further, turns out this provider is using sites like yify to fill the libraries which is severely compromised as is. This is a s### you are paying for a service that's compromising all devices and accounts linked to it. They aren't paying for rights for anything so neither should you be paying them for anything.
