FNB is truly terrible. I don't know why they even have a call centre because the can't help you at all. "I am sorry mam, but we are unable to assist you".
I was charged $2,500 about a year ago for "Interview preparation". At that time of payment they made it sound over the phone as if the provision of this service is imminent, and that I need to pay it immediately. However, this service was still not provided and when I enquired about it they said that the service might still be provided in future, but they were not sure that the service will even be required and relevant in future.
