So sad that this organization is failing to deliver the purpose of its existence. Accompanied family to one of your branches in need to assistence with a divorce that's in community of property, correct info and paperwork was provided. They were advised of a TAT, moooonths down the line, nothing. After further enquiries they were informed that the initial TAT was actually incorrect, how when this information was given by employees there. Zero communication, help, nothing. Typical public service provider, citizens can never reply on. So disheartened and disappointing. Seeing so many 1 star rating, you need to do better honestly.
Pep Store Diepkloof Square, the light skinned male who seems to be the manager requires serious people skills/ customer service skills. I've been there before to drop off a package using PAXI & Yaga delivery system, he was so dismissive and unpleasant to converse with. I ignored it and got assisted at PEP Cell in the same complex by the amazing ladies there. I went again today, started at PEP Cell as that is were I usually get my deliveries done, unfortunately they didn't have the size of PAXI package/plastic that my client had paid for and she asked that I go PEP which I explained to her that they apparently say it doesn't work, she then explained to me what to say. I got there the lady by the till was friendly, then came the light skinned male My GOODNESS that man ruined the rest of my day and I'm a very hard person to **** off but that man knew exactly how to annoy me. PEP please address this man and school him on customer service and how PAXI works. Not sure if he believes his behaviour is acceptable because the center/ complex is situated in a black community but this is UNACCEPTABLE. I can't beg a person to do thier job.
