I want to share my frustration in dealing with Activision on their unwillingness to resolve my several complaints/cases raised on my Call of Duty Mobile account being hacked. My account has recently over the past month been hacked by an unknown person. This is a game that I have enjoyed playing for a number of years, many hours and money spent on the game and has now sadly gotten to the point where someone else has gained access to my account, unsure as to how this occurs but the problem persists and is getting worse each and every day. This person not only changes my load-outs, deletes my friends, forces me to be kicked out of games whilst playing and forces a restart (some error message stating account logged in from another location), but even spends my CP in the game. It makes the whole experience of gaming Call of Duty mobile so unpleasant that I am no longer interested in playing this game anymore. I have pleaded with Activision on many occasions to have this matter resolved and it’s just a run around. Little to no effort being provided and just a poor response/feedback received everytime. I have unlinked accounts, changed passwords, enable two-factor authentication but nothing seems to work. I log into the game and get kicked out, see my rank being affected and see that CP has been spent by some unknown person. Surely the creators of the game can have these matters resolved otherwise what is the point in raising concerns like this if they are able or willing to assist. This is simply poor customer support and a matter that Activision needs to address and take seriously otherwise it’s going to cause other victims to this, to experience what I am going through and make people leave this game for good. I want to say that Activision makes great gaming but at this stage they don’t feel anything towards the people that are being affected by hackers. So to others out there that are having the same issue, good luck in getting these matters resolved. I hope for your sake you can get some positive support from Activision. For me, Activision you have let me down and now have one seriously unhappy customer. You have no problem taking my money but when I need help from you, I get nothing in return.
