Great after sales support from Reece
I had a great service experience with Perfect Laser JHB, particularly with Reece, during the setup of my new UV printing machine. I experienced a few software-related issues initially, but Reece was incredibly patient and thorough in diagnosing the problem. What really stood out was the level of care and commitment, he even came out on site to confirm that the issue wasn’t hardware-related and to make sure everything was fully resolved. His warm, calm, and reassuring disposition made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. I truly appreciated the follow-through and genuine effort to ensure I was 100% sorted before wrapping up. Excellent service and support ✨highly recommended.
