Very unhappy with repeated attempts to provide an accurate prescription
Cape Gate branch. 2 opticians on 3 occasions did not get my script right. After the 3rd attempt I gave up going back because each time I had to go without specs for over 2 weeks. 6 months later I'm still wearing my previous specs prescribed in the UK because I see better with them. I've worn specs all my life and never experienced this problem0 replies
