UBER CHARGES HELP ???
I was seeing multiple subtractions of money from my bank statement because it looked like some rides were charged double. Then I enquired with uber rides for help they charged me R78 plus R15 when I asked help again about why was I charged for help I never got an answer but I got a bank notification saying Uber Sa Help.co.za -R121 the same day R-29 so in total for asking for help I was charged R243. I NEED MY MONEY BACK I DONT KNOW BUT ON TIK TOK THEY SAID I MUST COME ON HELLO PETER. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. AN UBER driver said help should be free anyone please help!!! Ohh and the 1st time I enquired about the double charges they said they don't double charge I must ask my bank. I AM A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
