HORRIFIC SERVICE!!!!!! CAR HAS BEEN BOOKED IN NOW FOR THE FIFTH TIME FOR THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM ,RATTLE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE TYRE. ALL 5 TIMES THEY TEMPORARLY FIXED IT AND CAR WAS RETURNED,THEY ALWAYS HAVE TO LOG A COMPLAINT AT HEAD OFFICE ,THE DEALERSHIP CAN NEVER MAKE A DECISION AT BRANCH LEVEL.THIS IS NOT THE SERIVCE WE EXPECT FOR A VEHICLE OVER 3 MILLION RAND.WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SO CALLED PROFESSIONALISM AND EFFICENCY OF A SO CALLED ELITE COMPANY ???????? I ALSO WANT TO PLACE ON RECORD THE UNPLEASANT SERVICE FROM THE PINETOWN BRANCH,SAME VEHICLE WAS SENT IN TO REPAIR THE FUEL LID ,IT CAME BACK WITHOUT THE TYRE PRESSURE STICKER AND QR CODE STICKER.WE HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW SET OF STICKERS FROM MERCEDES UMHLANGA AT OUR COST. A VEHICLE UNDER 3 UNDER 3 YEARS SHOULD NOT BE HAVING SO MANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS,ESPECIALLY UNDER THE BRAND OF MERCEDES.
Pathetic service, for the last 2 weeks we have been trying to get hold of a manager or supervisor ,as we are getting no assistance from the agent allocated to our account We have been given cell phone numbers ,when we call it just rings This is the worse service provider ever
