Warning: Avoid Leapfrog at All Costs
I cannot express how frustrated and angry I am with Leapfrog. They are nothing short of *******! I recently discovered that they have been fabricating the amounts I owe for my water and electricity bills. When I confronted them about their outrageous charges, I obtained the actual bills, revealing that they had overcharged me by THOUSANDS! They continue to attempt to scheme their way out of this mess, even trying to change the amounts again instead of simply refunding what they owe me. We've been struggling to get our water and electricity bills straightened out for FOUR MONTHS! It’s ludicrous. When we finally received our first proper bills, it was clear that this company operates with complete incompetence and a lack of professionalism. They are unhelpful and utterly useless. I genuinely believe they are taking advantage of their customers and *****ing our money. I urge everyone to be extremely vigilant and ensure that the amounts they send you for payment are accurate. Don’t let Leapfrog take advantage of you like they tried to do with me. They are *****s, and I fear for what others may experience if they continue to operate this way. Please, think twice before engaging with this company!

Extremely Disappointed with My Experience with Cyrene rental management
I recently worked with Maryanne de Nysschen while searching for a rental property, and I have to say, my experience was incredibly frustrating. After submitting my application for a unit that I was told had no other interest, I waited a whole week only to receive a message saying that the unit had been filled and they are sorry......... Throughout the process, I felt completely in the dark. I had no idea if my application was even being processed or if it was just sitting there. Communication was lacking, and I was left feeling like a priority was not placed on my needs as a potential tenant. Instead of providing support or assistance in finding another property, there was no follow-up or effort to help me explore other options. To add to my disappointment, the agent's initial assurances that there were no other interested parties felt misleading. It seems I was misled, and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I’ll definitely be looking for a more reliable agent in the future. I cannot recommend Maryanne de Nysschen based on my experience. If you want timely communication and support in your housing search, you might want to look elsewhere.
