Never in my life have I ever seen such pathetic service. I was forced to take this motor plan when I bought my motorcycle. So then one day, the bike starts making a noise and I was advised to take it to the original equipment manufacturer. After the struggle to get authorization to strip and quote, GRSA told me that they are rejecting my claim due to the timing chain that is stretched., I rejected that reason and asked for proof, the timing chain was tested and not faulty. Triumph SA then replaced the timing chain tensioner with a second hand one and the bike seemed to be fine. Thus is a clear indication that the tensioner was the problem. Triumph SA send a second quote for the replacement of the tensioner and again they rejected it. The only way they would replace it is when the timing chain snaps, I mean this is stupid. They don't want to process a claim for R10 000 but they will approve if the chain snaps and they need to replace a motor of R155 000 !!!!!!!!!!!! Mr Michael Cordier, I'm pretty sure that you are trying everything in your power not to process this claim, because if you don't you get that money in your pocket, but if you do then you lose. This is the start of the adventure for you, I am going to report this to WesBank, Bike shop Rivonia and the Motor Industry consumers act, wherever I can because you are ripping people off.
