So far so good, My mom handled my vehicles problems. GrSA have assisted us so far, we are waiting now for the Mechanical shop to open up and see what the Warranty covers and what not. I will update again after everything are back to Normal. Gene and Michael are helpful up to now. Very Proffessional.

I believe yall covered me. I havent claim , been to three places that refused to help cause they do not work with you. Kindly get me a place , make me a reservation in pretoria and around to take my vehicle. if not please withdraw a cover. Perhaps a refund will do.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to speak up because there’s been too much misinformation floating around about GRSA. Let me set the record straight: GRSA is a solid, professional, and dependable company that delivers exactly what they promise. I’ve had a consistently positive experience with their services. Their team is responsive, organized, and actually cares about doing the job right. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile is something you don’t see often these days. It’s unfortunate that some people seem to be spreading false or exaggerated claims. In my experience, GRSA has been nothing but efficient and trustworthy. No company is perfect, but what matters is how they handle their work—and GRSA has done an excellent job. So if you’re on the fence because of a few negative reviews, don’t let the noise fool you. Try them for yourself. You’ll quickly see that GRSA stands behind their work and genuinely values their clients. Highly recommended!

Never in my life have I ever seen such pathetic service. I was forced to take this motor plan when I bought my motorcycle. So then one day, the bike starts making a noise and I was advised to take it to the original equipment manufacturer. After the struggle to get authorization to strip and quote, GRSA told me that they are rejecting my claim due to the timing chain that is stretched., I rejected that reason and asked for proof, the timing chain was tested and not faulty. Triumph SA then replaced the timing chain tensioner with a second hand one and the bike seemed to be fine. Thus is a clear indication that the tensioner was the problem. Triumph SA send a second quote for the replacement of the tensioner and again they rejected it. The only way they would replace it is when the timing chain snaps, I mean this is stupid. They don't want to process a claim for R10 000 but they will approve if the chain snaps and they need to replace a motor of R155 000 !!!!!!!!!!!! Mr Michael Cordier, I'm pretty sure that you are trying everything in your power not to process this claim, because if you don't you get that money in your pocket, but if you do then you lose. This is the start of the adventure for you, I am going to report this to WesBank, Bike shop Rivonia and the Motor Industry consumers act, wherever I can because you are ripping people off.

On 06th June, your subcontracted service provider damaged the FRModule of my vehicle after jump-starting it due to a flat battery. Since then, my car has been stranded at my residence and was towed to a workshop on 26th June, awaiting repairs that GRSA has repeatedly claimed to be handling with management. Despite these claims, there has been no progress or timeline provided for when my car will be repaired and returned to me. I have diligently engaged with various members of your team, including a rep from Europ Assist, who facilitated the initial service, as well as the Team Lead for the claims department, and his manager. Despite their assurances and efforts, the situation remains unresolved. The latest development is particularly concerning: I am now informed that the CEO of Europ Assist must approve payment for the repairs, and the document has been sitting with him/her for a few days now, and there is no indication of when this approval will be granted. This continued delay is unacceptable and has placed me in an untenable position, as I am unable to use my car while being a loyal paying customer of GRSA. This prolonged inconvenience has not only affected my daily life but also reflects poorly on GRSA's commitment to customer service and satisfaction. How much longer do I have to wait before you sort out my vehicle??
