So far so good, My mom handled my vehicles problems. GrSA have assisted us so far, we are waiting now for the Mechanical shop to open up and see what the Warranty covers and what not. I will update again after everything are back to Normal. Gene and Michael are helpful up to now. Very Proffessional.
Branch service at Bethlehem Mall are tops. Thank you Despite of my card that was faulty I had to pay R70 again to get a new card. But that was not as problem as the service was excellent, proffessional and fast.
My Account got Frozen without my Knowledge. Apparently by Standardard bank for *****. I dont know anything about a *****ulent Transaction on my account. Due to this I didnt have any Money for food this weekend. The ***** Department is also apparently not working over weekends. Fnb didnt even inform me about the Account being Frozen. Arent FNB suppose to take care of their Clients that has been with them over 15 Years. My personal feeling is that someone was blocking my account so that I cant operate my small business.

As a result, your ITC was not impacted. Since the fee is irreversible, please use the FNB APP to make sure there are enough funds in the account to prevent this charge from happening in the future. Any funds reserved for point of sale transactions will only be deducted from your transactional account when the merchant successfully banks transaction with its bank. No Star worth I got ****med by FNB First again they upgraded my account wothout my knowledge taking a R480 fee plus other fees then I contacted them. They must reverse the money. Then again they reversed the money and I had 2 transactions paid R435 and R150. Again R290 charged for this two Transactions while it was their fault. They take Banking fees 2 times a month Deon Botha Account 62317015015 This is really poor Fradulent service and their Service consultant Mercia is really too stupid to sort out problems.

The boxes in Fouriesburg , some doesnt close , some boxes dont open. My pins got cancelled and now my parcels say cancelled. After I paid R1200 to get my parcels deposited.
Pathetic Bank. Yesterday I checked my account and realised I am being charged R620 on my savings account, then I went thru the app channel ans spoke to a consultant/supervisor, what ever you call them. I dont think your employees are capable or properly trained to sort out trouble. First I never gave FNB any authoroty to upgrade my account, and realised you have been taking money from my account wothout me authorising anything. The bank must credit me with due respect regarding all the Banking fees you stole from me during the past 2 years without me giving authority to upgrade my account. How many people dont you take from. Then I AM TRYING TO ACCESS SOME OF MY ACCOUNTS THATS NOT EVEM SHOWING ON MY APP. You Guys are so quick sending your clients oustanding bank fees to Symington and De Kock attorneys, while you are the ones *****ing bank fees.
