Hi<br> <br> I purchased 3 Johnnie walker black gift sets from pick and pay liquor store in Westwood mall. When I gave them out,I was later called and told by a friend that 1 glass tumbler was chipped on the edge. I was totally embarrassed and apologized to my friend, as I didn't expect an expensive drink to have chipped glasses in it. <br> <br> I then called the consumer care line for RSA and spoke to a lady by the name of Sophia who then called me back to tell me that I will have to go to the store so that they can swap it for me as it is there procedure, I then explained to her that this is such an inconvenience to me and they will have to sort it out as this was not my fault. She was not listening to me and I then asked her to call a senior person, she then called Lisa and she said the same as Sophia told me. I then explained my dissatisfaction to her with the whole outcome and also told her I didn't expect something like this when u buy an expensive drink. I did tell I was going to be putting it on hello Peter as well. <br> <br> It's really shocking when you hear all this. I even told her I buy alot of Johnnie walker and this is the service I get in the end. Really shocked.
Hi<br> <br> I ordered a KFC Zinger burger for lunch from the Chatsworth center branch, however when I got home and started to eat it I noticed the bun tasted about old and when I flipped the bun I noticed some green mould on the bun, I immediately took photos and called the store and the manager apologized and said they will send me another burger, I then called the regional manager and he then went to the store to investigate and called me back and told me he will send a family meal for me. The family meal took 1hr and 15mins to get to me.This is totally unacceptable cause if I hadn't flipped the bun over I wouldn't have noticed it at all and would have just eaten the burger. I was shocked cause I didn't expect something like this from KFC after all. Thank God it wasn't a child cause they would have just eaten it. I am going to share this with family and friends as well as put it on Facebook and other media. <br> <br> I await your kind response.
