Execuspecs Irene Link – I booked an appointment early this morning and received a confirmed booking. Hours later, they cancelled with a lazy excuse: “something came up,” with no details and no effort to assist. Let’s be honest — this branch does not want to work in December. Staff are clearly more focused on December holidays, partying, and shutting down than doing their jobs. If you’re not willing to work in December, stop accepting and confirming bookings. Don’t waste clients’ time and then act vague when cancelling.
I had a terrible experience at Smileelab Dental Center in Centurion. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be told that the doctor was delayed. What’s even more frustrating is that despite having my medical aid details, they didn't bother to have me fill out the necessary form in advance. How is it possible that the receptionist didn’t call to alert me about the delay beforehand? To make matters worse, after claiming the delay would be only 5 minutes, I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes. The lack of communication and respect for my time was extremely disappointing. This kind of service is unacceptable.
