Wors service on Earth

The worst service ever for my first experience. I send an email and called in connection with the token that is not working.. The 1st per who pick up my call told me that she can't assist and there is nothing she can do.. To a point where she even hung up the phone... I call for the second time then asked she is the same Lady that was rude she proudly answered with a attitude that says its me so what... I am so disappointed for such attitude... Very bad yoh
